Westbound Conrail Local WHWC21 climbs upgrade through Donaldson, PA on May 12, 1988 with a SW1500 and a MP15. The train consisted of empty hopper cars for the one remaining load out at Good Spring. Now, it is part of Reading and Northern, and thankfully, business has increased.
