Conrail. GP38-2 #8108, GP-10 #7173, GP38-2 #8131 on ex PRR-PC trackage at Hagerstown, MD. September 16, 1979. The GP-10 is a model designation given by the IC shops during rebuild for Conrail. They were made by either VMV or Homewood Shops. The dynamic brake blister has been welded over and it now is just a high hood with upgraded internals. I want to acknowledge my appreciate to Zach J.
