CR 80097 Altoona, Pa 2/93

Brand spanking new from Itel Railcar New Castle, PA, CR 80097 one of two (CR 80096 was the other) sits at the Altoona Master Scale shortly after delivery. The CR 80097 was assigned to the scale inspector @ Altoona while the 80096 was assigned to Newark, Del. After the 6/1/99 split, both cars were assigned to me until my 2/1/2001 buy-out from NS. These were the last new scale test cars on Conrail.
