TTGX 992964 is seen in the consist of CSX Q216-24 at Elsmere, DE on 11/27/21. Rack was built as CR 10296, a CR ML2L class rack, in 12-94. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28568 in 6-15 by MEI ESTL. Rack is now classed FB556by NS. I have now photographed this rack in both CR & NS paint.
