TTGX 990270is seen in the consist of CSX Q217-29 at Newark, DE on 5/29/18. Rack was built as CR 10028, a CR ML2L class rack, in 3-94 then was rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28236 in 8-15. Rack is now classed FB554 by NS. I have now photograghed this rack in both CR and NS paint.
