TTGX 990247 is seen in the consist of CSX M216-10 at Elsmere, DE on 4/12/23. Rack was built as an unknown CR ML2L class rack in 3-94. It was then rebuilt, repainted and, renumbered to NS 29964 in 10-21 at MEI ESTL. Rack does not have a new NS rack class stenciled on it.
