TTGX 983664 is seen in the consist of CSX Q217-14 at Cumberland, MD on 6/14/17. Rack was built as CR 9770, a ML2L class rack, in 10-93. It then was rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28233 in 8-14 by MEI ESTL. Rack is now classed as a FB553 by NS. I have now photographed this rack in both CR & NS paint.
