TTGX 982278 is seen in the consist of CSX Q217-29 at Newark, DE on 5/29/21. Rack was built as CR 9980, a CR ML2L class rack, in 3-94. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28771 in 6-19 by MEI ESTL. Rack is now classed FB554 by NS. I have now photographed this rack in CR & NS paint.
