TTGX 978713is seen at Elsmere, DE on 10/10/20. Rack was built as CR 10855, a CR ML2L class rack, in 9-97. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28409 in 4-19 by THCG as part of Recert Job C1009. I have now photographed this rack in CR and NS paint.
