TTGX 971449 is seen in the consist of CSX M216-12 at Newark, DE on 7/16/22. Rack was built as CR 10072, a CR ML2L class rack, in 4-94 (stenciled 8-73). It was then rebuilt, repainted, and renumbered to NS 28354 in 9-19 by MEI ESTL. Rack is now classed FB554 by NS. I have now photographed this rack in both CR & NS paint.
