TTGX 961407 is seen in NS paint in the consist of NS 11J at Harrisburg, PA on 8/9/14. Rack was built as a unknown CR ML2L class rack in 1-92 then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 27173 in 5-05. Rack is now classed FB551, but is also still stenciled ML2L.
