TTGX 941516 is seen in the consist of CSX Q216-11at Elsmere, DE on 6/14/21. Rack was built as CR 9633 a CR ML2L class rack in 3-93. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28303 in 4-15 by MEI ESTL. Rack is now classed FB552 by NS. I have now photographed this rack in CR & NS paint.
