TTGX 253857 is seen in the consist of CSX M216-19 at Elsmere, DE on 3/21/23. Rack was built as CR 7580, a CR ML2K class rack, in 6-89. It was then rebuilt, repainted and renumbered incorrectly to CSX B-7850 (listed as NYC B-7580 in UMLER) in 4-21 by MEI ESTL. I have now photographed this rack in both CR& NS paint.
