TTGX 158773 is seen in the consist of CSX X816-13 at Newark, DE on 8/13/23. Rack was built as CR 8181, a ML2L class rack, in 5-90. It then was rebuilt, repainted and renumbered to NS 28608 in 8-19 by THCG as part of Recert Job C1009.Rack does not have a new NS rack class stenciled on it.I have now photographed this rack in both CR & NS paint.
