Former NS 5414/CR 6723 is seen on the rear of 10K at Altoona, PA on 7/10/20. Unit was rebuilt by NS to a SD40E and was released from JBS in Jan of 2011. This was the only SD40E I saw the entire day in Altoona as NS is now mostly using SD70ACUs in the Altoona helper pool. Photo by Chris Carangi.
