Former NS 5403/CR 6707 is seen on the rear of NS 64R at Altoona PA on 6/13/14. Unit was rebuilt by NS to a SD40E and was released from JBS in Oct of 2009. Hard to imagine that this unit once wore special "We Support Our Troops" ribbon many years ago.
