Former NS 5403/CR 6707 is seen on the rear of NS 14G at Altoona PA on 6/28/13. Unit was rebuilt by NS to a SD40E and was released from JBS in Oct of 2009. Hard to imagine that this unit once wore special We Support Our Troops ribbon many years ago.
