Former CR 8131/PC 8131 is seen at Holmesburg (Philadelphia), PA on 3/10/2008.
Nothing says urban rustbelt setting like lots of utility poles, rusty billboards, abandoned siding bridges and the ubiquitous junkyards littered with burned car fenders and wrecked trailers. The clean paint on NS GP38-2 5313 (former PC/CR 8131) looks out of place among the decay.
