ETTX 710060 is seen on Q217-18 at Lansdowne, MD on 12/18/19. Rack was built as CR 10332, a class ML3W 20'2" rack and was rebuilt to a standard height rack and numbered to NS 33610 in 9-08. It was rebuilt, repainted and renumbered again to NS 35092 in 8-18 by THCG. Rack does not have a new NS rack class stenciled on it.Note the weld line near the top of the rack where the roof was welded back to the rack.
