ETTX 710004 is seen in the consist of CSX Q216-18 at Newark, DE on 5/19/19. Rack was built as a unknown CR ML3T class standard height rack in 3-95. Then rebuilt by CR to 20'2" rack and classed ML3W in 1998. The rack was then rebuilt back to a standard height rack in 5-08 and numbered to NS 33600 and classed FT645. Note the weld line near the top of the rack were the roof was welded back to the rack.
