MEC SD40 604 trailing in SENA at Washington, MA. on March 20, 1993. An obvious "dip job", the paint on these ex Detroit-Edison units deteriorated rapidly within a year. The 604 was one of five D-E SD40's, 003, 004, 006, 014, and 017, acquired by GTI in Feb. 1986.
