TE 4104 is seen inthe former CNJ yard in Elizabthport NJ duringthe spring of 2000. This was a Tie Remover / Inserter mountedon a Plasser American production tamper platform. The tamper functions wereremoved during the conversion. Conrail had several of these repurposed machines and were most likely rebuilt at the System Maintenance of Way Shop in Canton Ohio.
