Conrail switching Pier 38 on Delaware Ave (Christopher Columbus Blvd), Philadelphia waterfront, September 1991. Just visible at left is the end of the wire for the BVTA trolley operation that was still there at the time. I recall I was visiting them when I heard the horn from the switcher and so I excused myself and drove up the street to check things out. BVTA operated a really neat trolley line here from 1982 until 1996:whyy.org/articles/trolley/
