Theater car, CR 9 heading out on test trip after weighing at Reading. Trip was from Reading to Philadelphia, 30th St. and return. Car was tested for ride quality and steak and eggs was served by crew to test kitchen grill. Vent fan in kitchen was too small. Car filled with smoke. We all evacuated and let smoke clear. Steaks were then pan fried - still delicious.
