Conrail. GP38-2 #8131, GP-10 #7173, GP38-2 #8108 on ex-PRR-PC trackage at crossing in Hagerstown, MD. September 16,1979. The GP-10 is a model designation given by the IC shops during rebuild for Conrail. They were made by VMV or Homewood. The dynamic brake blister has been welded over and it now is just a high hood with upgraded internals. I want to acknowledge Zach J. Bloomquist for his assistance with the GP-10 information.
