A pair of SD40-2's lead what I'm guessing is TV 78 into Johnson City, rolling past River Plaza and what was then GE. The stack in the background is the NYSEG Goudy Station, destination for many a coal train on this line. It is actually on the Vestal Spur, a remnant of the DLW that is accessed at West BD.
