Conrail GP-30 #2168 is the helper on a westbound (CARU or CAPI). This train was pulled backward onto the ex PRR high line, then the headend would take the train down the Belmont connector & onto the ex Reading trackage for its trip west. Frankford Junction, Philadelphia, PA. 5/17/1979
